Hiring Salary Range: $66,749 to $89,000

General Statement of Job Duties

Manages the District’s Engineering and Distribution Maintenance Departments. Oversees construction projects and contracts; represents the utility in economic development matters; reviews construction plans for specification conformance; prepares and seals plans for in-house construction projects.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

Requires a Bachelor’s of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology or other related science with applicable experience in water resources, wastewater treatment and operations. Requires a minimum of six years of related engineering/utility experience. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a South Carolina Professional Engineer’s License within one year.
