Request for Proposals
2020/2021 Cybersecurity Services
The Chester Metropolitan District (CMD) is soliciting Proposals from qualified professional Information Services firms to provide network architecture review, monthly log review, virtual Chief Information Security Office (CISO) support, and incident response services.
Scope of Services
CMD is seeking a qualified firm to provide the following tasks:
- Network Architecture Review,
- Monthly Log Review,
- Virtual CISO Support, and
- Incident Response capabilities.
All responses must include a) A letter of introduction; b) General information regarding the firm; c) Detailed summary of the firm’s relative project experience with references and contact information; d) Identification of the personnel that will be assigned to work on the project and their relevant work experience and credentials; e) A detailed discussion of the project approach; f) A proposed schedule for each phase of the project; and g) any other relevant information.
Each Responding Firm Must Submit one (1) original and four (4) signed copies of their qualifications package. Qualifications and supporting material should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the words “2020/2021 Cyber Security Services” and the name of the responding firm.
Proposals will be evaluated and reviewed by District staff and weighted for evaluation purposes based on the Firm’s (a) ability to complete all project requirements-25%; (b) Experience with similar projects-25%; (c) Project understanding and schedule-25%; (d) Project Approach-20%; (e) other relevant factors-5%.
Proposals will be received until 5:00 P.M EST, Thursday, December 17, 2020, at the office of Kelli Johnson, Executive Assistant, Chester Metropolitan District, 155 Wylie Street, P.O. Box 550, Chester, SC 29706.
Questions may be submitted to Clay Shannon, Manager of Information Services, at firstname.lastname@example.org until 4:00 PM on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. All answers will be posted in the form of Addenda this page by 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
The Chester Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any or all Qualifications, to waive any and all technicalities and to select the firm who is determined to best meet the needs of the CMD for this project.
