The Chester Metropolitan District will hold a public hearing at the Chester Metropolitan District Office, located at 155 Wylie Street in Chester, South Carolina. The hearing will be held at 3 P.M. on November 8, 2021, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed Large Water-User Declining Rate Block Structure.
The declining rate block structure will affect large industrial water users who consume greater than 5 million gallons per month. The large water-user declining rate block outlined below will go into effect January 1, 2022 and will be reflected on the February 2022 bill.
