This information may be temporarily stored on our servers for retrieval purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.

Who we share your data with

CMD does not share data with any third party for any reason. Any data shared with a third-party affiliate is done by the end user through the third-party’s hosted site. Examples of third-parties with access to customer data are Tyler Technologies, CMD’s Billing System Provider; and Tokay Software, who manages CMD’s Backflow Database. Customers using these third-party providers must agree to the individual terms of service of the providers prior to using said services.

How long we retain your data

Information submitted through online forms may be stored in our online database up to thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, the information is automatically purged from the system. Personal data you provide may be stored offline in CMD’s in-house records, which are considered sensitive information and are protected by all applicable South Carolina State laws and regulations.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us until the time it is purged. You may also request to have your data removed from our system at any time.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Data is not otherwise sent or shared.
