Services

Bill Payment

CMD Offers several convenient bill payment options, including in-office, mail, pay-by-phone, and Online options. Please have your account number and service address ready when paying online or by phone.

Establish Service

New residential service may be established by visiting the CMD Office or filling out our online application. New service requires photo ID and proof of residence. For Non-Residential service, please contact our office.

Employment Opportunities

Submit Backflow Results

All backflow testers are now required to submit test results online. A $12 fee per test applies.

Boil Water Advisory: Courtland Street (Chester)
A Boil Water Advisory is in effect for customers on Courtland Street who were effected by last night’s service interruption (02/01/23). A BOIL WATER ADVISORY is voluntary. Customers are advised to boil water rapidly for one minute before using for drinking or cooking. We will update this information once water quality sampling is complete.
