Bill Payment

CMD Offers several convenient bill payment options, including in-office, mail, pay-by-phone, and Online options. Please have your account number and service address ready when paying online or by phone.

Establish Service

New residential service may be established by visiting the CMD Office or filling out our online application. New service requires photo ID and proof of residence. For Non-Residential service, please contact our office.

All backflow testers are now required to submit test results online. A $12 fee per test applies.
