A Boil Water Notice has been issued for the twelve (12) residences affected by last week’s temporary service interruption on E. White Street in Chester.

A Boil Water Notice is issued when bacteriological sampling results fail. New samples have been collected and are being processed now.

Under a Boil Water Notice, customers must boil water vigorously for one (1) minute prior to using for cooking or drinking. Boiled or bottled water is also recommended for pets.

Updated sampling results will be available in approximately 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
