The Chester Metropolitan District will hold a public hearing at the Richburg Fire Department, located at 215 Main Street in Richburg, South Carolina. The hearing will be held at 5:00 P.M. on June 13, 2019 for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2019-2020.

The water service rate schedule outlined below will go into effect July 1, 2019.
