Automatic Notifications

The Chester Metropolitan District has implemented a new automated notification system for customers.

All customers are urged to create an online utility management account. Creating this account allows customers to retain complete control over their contact information as well as give CMD permission to contact. This account will also allow customers to view and manage their utility bills, make payments, sign up for paperless billing, choose between automated phone calls or text messages, and receive late notices. 

Online utility management accounts can be created and maintained from any internet-connected computer, tablet, or smart phone. 

For those customers who do not have internet access, you may update your contact information and opt to receive automated telephone calls by filling out the form below.

CMD staff does not have access to your personal online payment account and cannot manipulate your information.
