The CMD Website will be offline for several hours beginning at 9:00 AM on Thursday, February 27, 2025 while undergoing major renovations. These updates are in preparation for the release of our new CMD Mobile App, coming March 2025.

This will not affect customers’ ability to reach our Utility Account Management Portal.
