Leak Adjustments & Payment Plans
If you’ve experienced a water leak in your home, contact our office with a copy of your receipt to see if you qualify for a billing adjustment. Depending on the circumstances, a billing adjustment may be applied to your water charges, your wastewater charges, or possibly both. Our customer service staff will be happy to review your account and help you through the process.
Bill Payment Assistance Programs
Chester Metropolitan District works with several public assistance programs in the area. If you’re having trouble paying your bill, contact one of the options below before your due date to see if you qualify for assistance. Payment must be received in our office prior to your cutoff date to avoid disconnection.
