Due to school closures and staffing restrictions announced by Governor McMaster, the Chester Metropolitan District lobby will be closed until further notice. Our drive-thru will remain open for customers who wish to make cash payments and our other payment options such as mail, night deposit, IVR phone system (1-833-209-4044), and our online portal are still available. We strongly urge our customers to continue making regular utility bill payments in order to avoid higher-than-normal balances.
As announced over the weekend, all disconnections and non-payment fees have been suspended until 5:00 PM on April 14, 2020.
