CMD Cutoff Suspension Extended
In the interest of public safety, Chester Metropolitan District is extending the suspension of all nonpayment fees and the disconnection of water service for nonpayment. CMD plans to resume its regular schedule by applying nonpayment fees at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2020 and disconnects on Monday, May 18, 2020. Customers are encouraged to make payments on time to avoid the accumulation of larger than normal account balances.
CMD strongly encourages its customers to use our remote payment options such as our Online Payment Portal and our IVR Phone system (1-833-209-4044) if possible.
We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
