Advertisement for Bids: York Rd Booster Station Evaluation

BY 2:00 PM EST, MONDAY, JUNE 10, 2024.
The Chester Metropolitan District is currently seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to evaluate the existing booster station and provide recommendations to renovate or replace the booster station. Services shall include:
- Project Management
- Data Gathering
- Pump Station Operation Analysis
- Report Preparation and Submission
Sealed Bid Packages will be received until 2:00 P.M EST, Monday, June 10, 2024, at the office of Andy Litten, District Engineer, Chester Metropolitan District, 155 Wylie Street, P.O. Box 550, Chester, SC 29706 and will not be opened at that time. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered.
Each Responding Firm Must Submit three (3) written copies and one (1) electronic file of their statement of qualifications. Qualifications and supporting material should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the words “York Road Booster Station Evaluation Project” and the name of the responding firm. Please limit the proposals to 20 pages or less, single sided, excluding resumes.
The Chester Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any or all Qualifications, to waive any and all technicalities and to select the firm who is determined to best meet the needs of the CMD for this project.
