The Chester Metropolitan District will reconnect services between the hours of 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Service Reconnection after 5:00 PM will be subject to an “After Hours” Reconnection Fee in addition to the full balance due on the account.
Payment must be made online, over the phone, or placed in the night deposit box at our drive-through. If payment is promised in the night deposit box and is not received by 8:00 AM the next morning, Services will be terminated again and the account will be subject to an additional Non-Payment Fee.
Please note: If payment is made online or over the phone, please retain your confirmation number and contact the CMD answering service at (803) 385-5123 to confirm payment and have services reinstated.
