Information for New Taps
If this is a completely new development, please fill out the Service Availability Form first. This will determine if your property has access to public water service.
If you have been directed by CMD staff to fill out a tap application, please click the link below to submit your information online. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss all fees and deposits. Please be aware that you will also need to fill out a Service Application in order to receive water service once the tap is installed.
NOTE: To receive a copy of your application by email, please be sure to fill in your name and email address on the first screen.
If you experience difficulty submitting this form online, a PDF copy may be downloaded and delivered to our office via drive-thru or night deposit box (located in the drive-thru line).
